Breastfeeding Home Visit Appointment
RM180 per session – Breastfeeding Peer Counselor (BPC)
RM250 per session – Lactation Counselor (LC)
RM250 per session – Lactation Counselor (LC)
RM400 per session – Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Medical Doctor
Notes :
The above fees include 2 hours of SINGLE counseling session, transportation within 15 km to and fro from BPC/LC/IBCLC’s location and ONE follow-up via WhatsApp/call/video call.
Additional transport fee : RM3 per km
(chargeable after 15km according to distance to and fro from lactation counselor’s location)

After we receive this form, we will contact you for confirmation of the request. A 30% deposit fee is required to secure the appointment.
The remaining balance of the fees can be settled after the visit is completed.
